District of Columbia MCLE Requirements:
Attorneys in District of Columbia are not required to complete MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) to maintain their active status with the District of Columbia State Bar. However, voluntary CLE participation is strongly encouraged to promote ongoing professional development.
How to Obtain CLE Credit for a Knowledge Group Course in District of Columbia:
The District of Columbia does not have mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements, although its members are encouraged to engage in such continuing legal education as is necessary to maintain their competence to practice law.
