Please note: This bundle allows you to complete 24 credits. We included extra material to give you more topic choices. In New York, you must complete a total of 24 credit hours biennially, including 1.0 Diversity & Inclusion credit and 4.0 Ethics/Professionalism. You may take the remaining 19 credit hours in any category of credit. Please take the courses you wish.
How to obtain your CLE credit: Complete the video courses, answer the secret word questions and download the certificates for each completed course.
New York CLE Requirements Approval of Programs: The Knowledge Group webcasts qualify as distance learning programs in New York.
New York CLE Reporting Procedure: The Knowledge Group does not report attendance in New York. The attorney should simply include credits earned via Knowledge Group webcasts when computing the total number of CLE credits completed and keep the Knowledge Group Certificate of Attendance for a period of at least four (4) years in case of audit. An attorney may count towards his/her New York CLE requirement credit earned through the Approved Jurisdiction policy without notifying the CLE Board.
