Massachusetts MCLE Requirements:
Attorneys in Massachusetts are not required to complete MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) to maintain their active status with the Massachusetts State Bar. However, voluntary CLE participation is strongly encouraged to promote ongoing professional development.
How to Obtain CLE Credit for a Knowledge Group Course in Massachusetts:
Massachusetts does not have mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements, although its members are encouraged to engage in such continuing legal education as is necessary to maintain their competence to practice law.
