Massachusetts MCLE Requirements:
Attorneys in Massachusetts are not required to complete MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) to maintain their active status with the Massachusetts State Bar. However, voluntary CLE participation is strongly encouraged to promote ongoing professional development.
